As an actor, Will worked with Stephen Sondheim in the NYC revival of PASSION at Classic Stage directed by John Doyle. Other New York credits include Tony Kushner’s THE ILLUSION (directed by Michael Mayer) and the Off-Broadway production of DADDY LONG LEGS. He’s worked at The Old Globe, Seattle’s 5th Avenue, Goodspeed, Walnut Street, and was seen across North America in the Broadway tour of MAMMA MIA!

As a composer, he's a recipient of the Fred Ebb Award and with 1 million streams and counting, he is the composer of the acclaimed Studio Cast Recording of THE VIOLET HOUR with collaborator Eric Price (starring Santino Fontana, Jeremy Jordan, Erika Henningsen, Solea Pfeiffer, and Brandon Uranowitz). Moment To Moment: The Making of THE VIOLET HOUR Studio Cast Recording - a documentary of the making of the album while theatre was shutdown during the pandemic - is now available.

His music has been recorded by 6-time Tony winner Audra McDonald, and he's a featured songwriter on the animated series CENTRAL PARK (AppleTV+). His work has been performed at or developed by Lincoln Center, Manhattan Theatre Club, The Kennedy Center, Signature Theatre (DC), The Stratford Festival, Goodspeed, 54 Below, Birdland, Joe's Pub, NAMT, NYMF, The Houston Symphony, and more.

Will has been a high-demand performance coach for hundreds of actors for over 10 years, and has been on faculty at Pace University, Molloy College/CAP 21, Hussian College, Actor Therapy, MTCA (Musical Theatre College Auditions) a guest artist at Carnegie Mellon University, Marymount Manhattan College, Wagner College, and Penn State University. Will's students have gone on to perform on Broadway, Off-Broadway, in national tours, and major regional houses around the country.
